December is here, and we’re kicking off the month with a Mac of the Month that truly lives up to its name. Introducing the Bacon Lover’s Mac, a customer-requested creation built for anyone who believes you can never have too much bacon!

This skillet starts with our classic mac noodles and a rich blend of beer cheese, cheddar, and chihuahua cheese. From there, we fold in crispy bacon throughout the dish and finish it with toasted breadcrumbs and jalapeños for a little extra kick. It’s warm, cheesy, smoky, and loaded with flavor in every bite.
