It's August, and that means a brand new Mac of the Month at Bull Moose Bar & Grille in Sandwich, IL — except this one isn't new at all. It's a fan favorite making its triumphant return.

The Rajun Cajun is officially back. Cajun seasoned shrimp and smoked sausage, baked with crispy breadcrumbs, garnished with green onion — all over our classic mac. If you had it when it was on the menu, you've been waiting for this. If you haven't tried it yet, August is your chance.

4-H Fair Weekend at the Sandwich Fairgrounds

The Rajun Cajun couldn't have picked a better weekend to return. The DeKalb County 4-H Livestock Fair is happening right now at the Sandwich Fairgrounds, July 31 through August 2. Today is Day 2, featuring the Swine Show, Rabbit Show, Beef Cattle Show, Poultry Show, Dairy Cattle Show, Ag Olympics at 6 PM, and the Bags Tournament at 7 PM.

Tomorrow wraps up with the Showmanship Sweepstakes at 10 AM and the Blue Ribbon Livestock Auction at 1 PM.
