What is the Irish Chocolate Moose?

The Irish Chocolate Moose is a rich, velvety cocktail built around Bailey’s Irish Cream, layered with chocolate and finished with a cool mint note. It’s shaken cold and served up in a martini glass with a signature look: a half chocolate rim (not fully dipped — we do it for the aesthetics) and chocolate shavings sprinkled on top.

It’s sweet without being over the top, smooth without being heavy, and it hits that perfect “mint-chocolate” balance that makes you want a second sip immediately.
